Small double room on the first floor - private windowed bathroom with shower and phone, standard double bed, closet, small courtesy table, chair, French doors leading to a small terrace shared with two other rooms - TV with satellite channels.

Outside the bathroom window you can find a small area with armchairs and small table and a clothesline for swimsuits and beach towels.

At the disposal of our guests common areas of relaxation and swimming pool (h 1.20) - where you will find:

- a refrigerator/freezer where each room has its own shelf where they can place their items;

- snack corner, where guests can have a hot drink accompanied by a small treat from Chiara's kitchen.
